Our normal turn around time, after time of approval of the final proof is 3 weeks. Please allow an additional 3 weeks for custom designs. If you need a rush, let us know and we will see if we can accommodate your needs.
Placing the Order
Once you have decided on your suite, type styles and colors fill out the PDF order form. If you want a custom design or have your own print ready file, email us at orders @ copperdogpress.com, and we will be back in touch with you to go over the details of your order.
After we receive your order, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. We will send you a PDF proof via email for your approval. We will be happy to make any changes and show a total of 3 PDF proofs. If there are changes made after 3 proofs, each proof will be $25.
Please proofread your items very carefully. Copper Dog Press will not be responsible for any errors that have been approved. We will send you an approval form for your signature, please fax this back to us at (803) 996-2917.
We will ship all items within 3 weeks of approval of entire order. Final payment must be made before we will start printing.
All orders will ship USPS or UPS.
